Growth project:
Focus and deliver on a multi-solution product strategy and roadmap across vehicular propulsion, maritime systems, and fueling infrastructure, including a unifying software layer for both control systems and platform data capture and analysis.
Approach and results:
Across a two year project, established multiple ronin and partners as Head of Product, Head of Customer Solutions, Right-hand to CMO, and Communications director to coordinate product planning, construction, customer engagement, marketing, press, and sales. Ordered launch plans by deliverability, demand validation, and quickness of uptake to scale fastest paths to revenue. Opened new market interest and validation across various industrial paths, as well as defense routes-to-market for stealth/covert power propulsion, generation, fueling, and supply.
